Manager and Supervisor Training
Module: Manager and supervisor obligations regarding employment practices in relation to EEO and Affirmative Action in accordance with 41 CFR Part 60.
Overview: This training module reviews what the federal law requires of the managers and supervisors in their hiring, promotion, termination, and transfer practices. It defines discrimination and equal employment vs. affirmative action. We have found that review of the law coupled with comprehensive group case studies and open conversation is the most effective way to communicate this module.
