DYAS Human Resource Development? (DHRD) goal is to provide early intervention through an internal complaint procedure and an investigative process that will save your company time and money. There are many circumstances that could possibly lead an employee to file a complaint, but if an established procedure with a defined process is implemented by a company, you are much less likely to encounter outside agency involvement.

DHRD offers many services in this area. As a third party we can offer an objective point-of-view to an often subjective situation. We are highly trained and experienced in the area of investigating non-biased complaints to include a written onsite plan and investigative report with recommendations for corrective action.

Our services can be tailored to structure a formalized complaint procedure for those who feel they have been put in a hostile environment and implement it into the policies of your company. We can review current procedures and make appropriate recommendations; and/or we can perform the actual investigation from a professional, not biased platform; communicating our result in a meaningful manor to all involved including the decision makers.
