The regulations require government contractors to perform several analyses and maintain reports throughout the year.

Regularly scheduled periodic monitoring and several annual reports are required for both supply and service and construction contractors.

For example:

  • Contractors with 50 employees or more are obligated to file an EEO-1 report annually.
  • All contractors must maintain I-9 reports and have them available during an onsite evaluation.
  • Construction contractors must maintain and monitor monthly utilization hours.
  • Contractors must conduct analyses to determine if adverse impact has occurred.

DHRD will assume your self-monitoring obligations; file the necessary documentation at the appropriate scheduled time; produce scheduled reports of analyses conducted and translate the outcome of the analyses into meaningful information for cognitive decision making.
